EMRA PressorDex App Recensioni

Not for Emergency Situations

Missing and incomplete information. Hard to find necessary information during emergency situations. Not recommended. (Emergency Physician).

Good info was hoping for more

For the price there was not as much information as I was hoping for. I did not find navigating the interface to be difficult or very time consuming

Not updated for iPhone 6/7

Good content but for some reason still uses screen resolution for iPhone 5 so all the content is huge and kind of blurry on newer phones. Desperately needs an update.

Difficult to use

The information contained within is AWESOME! But the way the information is presented is subpar. It takes SOOOO many taps to get to the information I want. i.e. the way the app is setup/formatted makes it difficult to use. This is NOT ideal in an emergency situation. Not a very intuitive interface. Needs a serious update.

Pitiful

Optimize for 6/6+

Love the app but please optimize for the iPhone 6 / 6 plus! The abx guide was updated and I was hoping this would have been updated at the same time.

Good but...

Still needs to be optimized for iPhone 6.

Almost there

Good material but does not fully utilize the mobile format as it should. I love the paper version and this has all that good information. The problem is that you can't bookmark anything in the resources and can't search them either. All other sections can do this. Please fix this!

Critical care at your fingertips

Clean interface. Accurate info. Widely comprehensive in the world of critical care emergency medicine. Responded to my suggestions to add thyroid storm w/in 24 hrs. Impressed.

Great job everyone!

Great job to everyone who has contributed to the development of the book & app. This collaborative effort really goes to show how much EM docs know about taking care of critically-ill patients!!

Great App for the ED

Long overdue app to help you remember precise administration guidelines for high-stakes meds that you might go months without using (esmolol dosing anyone???). nice mix of medical info along with the in's and out's of the meds themselves

Great Critical Care App!

This App has well organized information on how to care for critically ill patients in the ER or any setting. Information is organized well, easy to find, and the App lets you bookmark the pages you use the most. Another great EMRA App that compliments their Antibiotic Guide. This is an App I use at least once a shift.

Great for ED, floors and ICU

Thanks Dr. Greenwood for a terrific app that is useful not only in the ED but also medicine floors and ICU. An up to date, easy to use application that provides a tremendous amount of essential information to clinicians taking care of complicated and sick patients. I would recommend this for physicians, PAs, NPs and nurses alike.

Execellent Electronic ED Reference

Great tool for clinical use in the ED. Very intuitive for all users. Covers all aspects of critical care. Top value and recommened app for those in Emergency Medicine.

An essential app for the EM resident

Dr. Greenwood and the team have done an admirable job with this app. I thought the pocketbook was great, but this is so functional and I can find what I need in seconds! Just another top-notch product from EMRA

Awesome

This app is perfect for providers who deal with critically ill patients. From ED doctors who work in community sites where these medications are not frequently used to critical care nurses in ICUs, this app is easy to use, intuitive, gives you just the right depth of information while also covering the multitude of drips and drugs that are used in all the various organ systems. I think I like this app more than EMRAs abx guide and I've been using that one for years.

Helps your own BP too

Now THIS is what I've been looking for... You know when you're running a trauma/code/resus and you need to choose x drug... And crap, you forget which drug is better, y or z... And what was the dose again, 0.1mg/kg or 0.3? Depending on how your brain works, you can find your answer based on looking by disease, by drug, or by system. And the dose calculator is always right there whenever you get to your drug of choice. Totally worth adding $10 to my debt!

Perfect for this ICU nurse!

I love having the book as a reference for titrating drips on my pts, but I think I'll get a lot more use out of the app since the book isn't always around. There is a ton of info in this app, but it's still very clean and user-friendly. Easy to find what you're looking for. Good job EMRA!
